Beast Rhapsody manga author Itagaki Paru announces marriage

Recently, Itagaki Bali, the author of the popular manga "Beast Rhapsody", announced on Twitter (X) that she has married. The post included her wedding photo (still wearing the iconic rooster head) and a series of photos showing the delicious dishes that her now-husband has made for him over the past three years.

In the tweet she said: "I'm married! My 'food diary' for the past three years has been done by my husband. I want to continue drawing fun comics fueled by my husband's delicious food."

Itagaki Paru began serializing the manga "Beast Rhapsody" in Akita Shoten's Weekly Shonen Champion magazine in September 2016, and the manga was completed in October 2020. The subsequent animation adapted from the manga also achieved great success.

Animation production company Studio Orange announced in July this year that the anime adaptation will have a new chapter.

Itagaki Paru's latest work is the short manga "Bota Bota", which began serialization on December 25 last year and was completed on February 19.
