"Naruto" new short comics will be released this summer, and Masashi Kishimoto will return after seven years

The super classic manga "Naruto", which has already been completed, is about to usher in a new short story. On May 15th, Shueisha announced that a new short story comic of "Naruto" based on the original work by Masashi Kishimoto will be released this summer. The story will focus on Naruto's father Minato Namikaze, so stay tuned.

The original story of "Naruto" has been completed a long time ago, and the original author Masashi Kishimoto has been in retreat. He was only responsible for supervising the sequel "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations". Later, "Samurai 8 Hachimaruden", for which he was the screenwriter, received poor response and was discontinued after only one year of serialization.

This new short story of Minato Namikaze will be written and drawn by Masashi Kishimoto himself. This is Masashi Kishimoto's return work after seven years since his work "Naruto Gaiden: The Path to the Full Moon" in April 2016. Stay tuned.
