Recently, Disney Pictures released the Chinese trailer for the live-action movie "The Little Mermaid", and "Empire" magazine also shared new stills of "The Little Mermaid". Let's enjoy them together!

The live-action film of "The Little Mermaid" is directed by Rob Marshall and stars Halle Bailey as the mermaid Ariel, Jonah Hauer-King as Prince Eric, Javier Bardem as Ariel's father King Triton, Melissa McCarthy as the villain Ursula, Jacob Tremblay and Awkwafina as Ariel's friends Flounder and Scuttle the seagull, and Daveed Diggs as Sebastian the red crab.

The live-action film "The Little Mermaid" is adapted from the 1989 animated film version. It tells the story of a little mermaid who lives in the sea. After falling in love with a prince, she resolutely gives up her country and race, becomes a human, and pursues love. However, the prince marries the princess. The little mermaid does not kill the prince to turn back into a mermaid, but chooses to sacrifice herself. In the end, she gets an eternal soul. The film will be released in North America on May 26.
