A theme park dedicated to the masterpiece of Mamoru Hosoda's animation is unveiled to commemorate the 10th anniversary of "Summer Wars"

"SUMMER WARS EXPERIENCE PARK in Yomiuriland", a special theme park for the famous Japanese animation director Mamoru Hosoda who rose to prominence with "Digimon the Movie: Hikarigaoka Incident", will open in Yomiuriland, Tokyo from March 20 to June 7. Fans who are interested and have the conditions can look forward to it.

Mamoru Hosoda was born in 1967 in Kamiichi Town, Nakashinagawa District, Toyama Prefecture, Japan. He is a Japanese animation director and former animator. In 1999, he directed the animated film "Digimon the Movie: Hikarigaoka Incident" and began to emerge. In 2006, he directed the romantic animated film "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time", which won the 30th Japan Academy Award for Best Animated Film. In 2009, he directed the science fiction animated film "Summer Wars", which won the 33rd Japan Academy Award for Best Animated Film.
