IGN rating: 7 points OK

Despite failed attempts to incorporate certain elements into the plot, Netflix's live-action "Cowboy Bebop" has successfully promoted and embraced the animation, even if the show has some unpleasant aspects that the producers themselves can imagine.

IGN's overall review:

Cowboy Bebop is an unapologetic live-action adaptation of anime, though it manages to give fans some of the love they've had for revisiting the original. Unfortunately, the combination of trying to add some flavor of the original falls flat, almost threatening to bring down the entire series. Fortunately, the main trio and faithfulness to the spirit of the original make this a very worthwhile watch.

M station average score 39 points
