After 4 months, Yoshihiro Togashi re-announced the progress of "Hunter x Hunter"

With intermittent suspension and resumption, "Hunter x Hunter" has long become a benchmark-level difficult-to-produce drama in the comics industry. The reason, of course, is the author Yoshihiro Togashi, who went into recuperation due to illness on November 22 last year. Now, after a lapse of 4 months, Yoshihiro Togashi has announced the progress again, and the new episodes of "Hunter x Hunter" have been updated extremely slowly.

·Yoshihiro Togashi recently tweeted that No. 401 is complete. Although the production process has not yet entered a healthy track, I am happy that I can spend more time working at the desk.

It seems that Mr. Togashi's health is really recovering slowly, and he is still slowly updating the new chapter manuscript of "Hunter x Hunter", but there is still no exact time for the magazine to resume publication.

The last time "Hunter x Hunter" was suspended for a long time was at the end of 2018. After nearly 4 years, it resumed serialization on October 24, 2022, and published the 10 episodes that had been accumulated for a long time, and then entered a suspension period again.

Shueisha stated at the time that the editorial department would fully assist Togashi until the completion of Hunter x Hunter. In the future, Hunter x Hunter would not be published in the form of a comic magazine. The specific release date and publication method would be discussed based on Togashi's physical condition.
