Johnson's Maui appears in the live-action Moana set

Photos from the set of Disney's live-action version of "Moana" have been exposed, with Dwayne Johnson returning to play the protagonist Maui and 17-year-old Samoan newcomer Katherine Laga playing Moana. The film will be released in North America on July 10, 2026!
