John Woo will return to direct and produce, and Omar Sy (French version of "The Intouchables") will star. It will be launched on the streaming media Peacock next year. The original version starred Chow Yun-fat, Danny Lee, Sally Yeh and Zhu Jiang. It tells the story of a killer who accidentally injured a female singer and caused her blindness during an operation.
