The movie "The Lion King: The Legend of Mufasa" is scheduled to be released in China on December 20

On November 11, Disney announced that the film "The Lion King: The Legend of Mufasa" will be released in China on December 20. The film is the sequel to Disney's new version of "The Lion King". It is directed by Barry Jenkins, written by Jeff Nathanson, and co-dubbed by Aaron Pierre, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Seth Rogen, Billy Eichner and others.

"The Lion King: The Legend of Mufasa" will retrace the journey of Mufasa, the "Father of Simba", from obscurity to becoming the king, and reveal the unknown brotherly bond between him and the "classic villain" Scar who has not yet turned evil.
