IGN rated the live-action series "Resident Evil" 7 points, and the new story is impressive

Netflix's "Resident Evil" live-action series will be broadcast on July 14. Today (July 13), foreign media IGN reviewed the series and gave it a 7-point rating. IGN believes that the series is based on the events of the game and creates an original new story, which is impressive in performance, special effects and narrative.

Rating: 7 points good

Although the two timelines of "Resident Evil" are not of the same quality, it creates an original new story based on the events of the game, and the connection is impressive. If you are a loyal fan of Wesker, I believe you will feel it.

IGN's overall review:

The story of "Resident Evil" is divided into two timelines (2022 and 2036), one of which is more attractive and interesting than the other. But the first season of "Resident Evil" provides a fascinating new original story, leaving plenty of room for the second season. Although the quality is uneven, the performance, special effects and overall narrative make people want to see more. If the second season is renewed, there are still many story clues worth exploring.
