Cyberpunk 2077 derivative animation new pictures will be released on June 8th

New screenshots of Cyberpunk 2077 spin-off animation Cyberpunk 2077: Edgerunners have been released, and it is expected to be broadcast exclusively on Netflix in 2022. Detailed information will be released at GEEKED WEEK 2022 on June 8, and the trailer will also be released at that time.

The animation was produced by the joint efforts of three industry giants, CD PROJEKT RED, Studio Trigger and Netflix. Studio Trigger was founded by three core members who left the famous animation company GAINAX, Masahiko Otsuka, Hiroyuki Imaishi, and Kazuya Masukimoto. It has launched many well-known animations such as "Little Witch Academia", "SSSS.Grid", and "Kill la Kill"

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners offers a standalone 10-episode story about a young man living on the streets trying to survive in a futuristic city obsessed with technology and body modification. With nothing left, he chooses to become an Edgerunner - a mercenary outlaw: Cyberpunk - to stay alive.
