Fantastic Beasts 3: IGN 4 points: Not a magical prequel at all

The media ratings for "Fantastic Beasts 3" have been lifted, with IGN giving it a negative review of 4 points and MTC giving it a score of 47 points.

IGN Rating: 4 points, poor

"Fantastic Beasts 3: A Dumbledore Story" is a not-at-all-magical Harry Potter prequel that tells some boring mysteries.

Summarize:

While Fantastic Beasts: The Mystery of Dumbledore finally makes Dumbledore out to be gay, there's little else to this film that's noteworthy, spending most of its run time scattered across a half-dozen illogical subplots. It feels drab and made by someone who wanted to throw the magical premise out the window, despite the series' refusal to have anything resembling adult politics or perspectives.
