"Rainfield," a new Universal Monster Universe film starring Nicolas Cage, started shooting in early February and is scheduled to be released in North America on April 14, 2023. This is a vampire film starring Nicholas Hoult, Nicolas Cage, and Awkwafina, and directed by Chris McKay. Hoult plays Renfield and Cage plays the vampire Dracula. Rainfield is a character in Bram Stoker's novel Dracula. He is an inmate of a mental hospital who is believed to be suffering from delusions, but his true identity is actually Dracula's servant.
