Bilibili spent 600 million yuan to acquire YouYaoQi Comics

Today (November 20), Aofei Entertainment released an announcement on the sale of shares of its wholly-owned subsidiary. According to the announcement, Bilibili has fully acquired YouYaoQi original comic platform under Aofei Entertainment. The acquisition price is 600 million yuan. The announcement stated that YouYaoQi's main business includes the operation of the "YouYaoQi Original Comics Dream Factory" website and the "YouYaoQi Comics" App, online comic publishing, online animation production, and animation copyright operation.

YouYaoQi Original Comics Dream Factory, an Internet website platform owned by Beijing April Star Network Technology Co., Ltd. and a YouYaoQi Comics Cooperation Promotion Zone jointly built by Beijing April Star Network Technology Co., Ltd. and a third-party website, referred to as "YouYaoQi Comics". "YouYaoQi Comics" is the most dedicated Internet platform in China to support Chinese original comics, and it is also the only and largest pure original comics website in China.
