The live-action Borderlands movie has concluded its run, and it didn’t end well: The film grossed just $31 million worldwide, according to data research firm The Numbers.

Variety magazine estimated that the production budget of the Borderlands movie was about $115 million, and the subsequent marketing and distribution costs were as high as $30 million. This also means that the box office revenue of the Borderlands movie is only enough to cover its marketing expenses.

Although the live-action movie "Borderlands" is full of stars, it has achieved such results, which is really regrettable.
