Continuing from the first series, Penpen's clumsy and goofy character is a charming character. Penpen is ignorant of common sense in the human world and causes all kinds of trouble, but the story depicts him growing through it all. In particular, the encouragement and scolding from the King of the Penguin Kingdom is an important factor in encouraging Penpen's growth.

Laughter born from the gap with the human world

The chaos that Penpen causes in the human world is full of laughs that stem from the gap in culture and common sense between humans and penguins.
