A strange phenomenon occurs frequently in which if a strange man slashes your neck in your dream, you will also be decapitated and die in real life. A request comes to Reimu Ayanokoji to solve the case, and she enters the dream world to confront the ruthless murderer, Dr. Shinigami.

・Ayanokoji Reimu A girl with the psychic ability to enter other people's dreams.
