His parents are Hangelg Ewin and Myura Migel, who hold positions in the leadership of the Liga Militaire. Gender: Male. Age: 13 years old.
・SHAHKTI KAREEN/Uso's neighbor living in Casarelia. Daughter of Maria, Queen of the Zanscare Empire. Separated from Maria at a young age, she was raised by adoptive parents in Casarelia, but was only aware of her real mother as her "aunt." She dislikes Uso getting involved in battles, but leaves Casarelia to follow Uso on his journey to find his parents, and when she finds out that Uso has gone into space, she stows away on the Reinhorse. She is thrown into space during a battle and taken in by Zanscare, where it is discovered that she is Maria's daughter. Perhaps because she is of Maria blood, she has the ability to sense the presence and death of people, which becomes more pronounced when she is reunited with her mother, Maria. Gender: Female. Age: 11 years old.
・Marbet Fingerhat/A female V-type pilot of the Camion Squadron. After injuring her leg during a battle with Chronocle, she met Uso and began working with him. She is trusted by everyone for her earnestness and sincerity, and acts like an older sister to the children of White Ark. She is deeply in love with Oliver, who leads the Shulack Squadron. ODELO HENRIK: The leader of a group of boys who were burned out of Lageen and taken in by the Camion Team. Although he appears to behave violently, he is also considerate of those younger than him. He falls in love at first sight with Elisha, whom he meets in Highlands, and after some desperate negotiations, they become romantically involved. Gender: Male. Age: 15.
WARREN TRACE: A war orphan boy who was taken in by the Camion team and traveled with them. He is Othello's younger brother. He falls in love with Martina, a Highland girl he meets there, but it seems that his future is full of difficulties. Gender: Male. Age: 13.

Age: ?
・TOMACHE MASSARIK/The oldest of the Highland children. He seems to be good at engineering, having modified Haro so that it could operate in space and piloting the Sinope. He seems to get along well with Odelo and the others, as he works with the boys in the Camion Corps and acted as a liaison between his fathers and the Liga Militia during the capture of Kailasgiri. He becomes a Gunblaster pilot with Odelo, and although inexperienced, he participates in the Liga Militia's operations as a member of the White Ark MS Corps. Gender: Male. Age: 17.
ELISCHA KRANSKIE: A child from the solar power satellite Highland. Martina's older sister. After escaping Highland, she travels with Tomas and the others. Mobile Suit V Gundam - Kidou Senshi Victory Gundam Review and Recommendation

Mobile Suit Victory Gundam is a TV anime series that aired from 1993 to 1994, and is known for its particularly deep themes and realistic depictions of war, even among the Gundam series. The story is set in the year 153 of the Universal Century, when the Earth sphere enters a period of chaos known as the "Space Warring States Period," and the young protagonist Uso Evin becomes embroiled in the battles. Below, we will explain in detail the appeal and features of this work, as well as the recommended points.

Story and Themes

The story of Mobile Suit Victory Gundam revolves around the battle between the Zanscare Empire, which has invaded Earth, and the League Militaire, which resists them. The protagonist, Uso Evin, fights as a member of the League Militaire on his journey to find his parents. Through his growth and battles, the film makes us think deeply about the cruelty of war, human dignity, and hope.

A major feature of this work is its realistic depiction of war. It realistically depicts the horror of war from the perspective of ordinary civilians and the tragedy of soldiers who lose their lives on the battlefield. In addition, Uso's "Newtype" abilities allow the work to depict the psychological effects of war and delve into the depths of the human psyche. The combination of these elements allows the work to convey a powerful message to the viewer.

character

Each character in Mobile Suit Victory Gundam is unique and deep. The protagonist, Uso Evin, is only 13 years old, but he is depicted growing on the battlefield. His purity and strength move viewers. Female characters such as Shakti Kalin and Marvette Fingerhut also leave a strong impression. Their actions and decisions move the story forward and give viewers something to think about.

Of particular note is Othello Henryk, Uso's rival. Despite his rough appearance, he is portrayed as kind and responsible towards his comrades. It is also moving to see children such as Warren Trace and Susie Lilane grow up on the battlefield. The human drama woven by these characters is one of the attractions of this work.

Mechanical Design

The mechanical designs for Mobile Suit Victory Gundam were created by famous designers such as Kunio Okawara, Hajime Katoki, and Junya Ishigaki. The design of the Victory Gundam in particular is original and beautiful, setting it apart from the conventional Gundam series. The Zanscare Empire's mobile suits are also unique, adding to the excitement of the battlefield.

In this work, strategy and tactics are also important elements, not just mobile suit battles. The strategy of the League Militia and the overwhelming power of the Zanscare Empire are depicted, allowing viewers to feel the realism of the battlefield. The development and improvement process of mobile suits is also depicted, making it an interesting technical piece to enjoy.

music

The music for Mobile Suit Victory Gundam was composed by Akira Senju. His music contributes greatly to expressing the tension, sadness, and hope of the battlefield. In particular, the opening theme "STAND UP TO THE VICTORY" and the ending theme "WINNERS FOREVER" are masterpieces that resonate deeply with viewers. The background music used in the film also has the effect of stirring emotions as the story unfolds.

Recommended points

Mobile Suit Victory Gundam is a Gundam series that has particularly realistic depictions of war and deep themes. Its content, which makes viewers think about the horrors of war, human dignity, and hope, conveys a strong message to viewers. In addition, the unique and deep characters, beautiful mecha designs, and moving music are also part of the appeal of this work.

Here are some reasons why I recommend this film:

  • Inspiring Music : Akira Senjyu's music does a great job of expressing the tension, sadness, and hope of the battlefield. The opening and ending themes in particular resonate deeply with the viewer.

As mentioned above, Mobile Suit Victory Gundam is a work with particularly deep themes and realistic depictions of war, even among the Gundam series. In addition to conveying a strong message to viewers, you can also enjoy the unique characters, beautiful mecha designs, and moving music. Please watch this work and experience its charm.
