Ogami General Hospital is an extraterritorial hospital located in the middle of a US military base. The true identity of this hospital is a collection of shady doctors, from the genius surgeon Ogami Kyoji, to practitioners of everything from traditional Chinese medicine to psychotherapy. Nanako, whose body was seized by Kyoji to pay off her parents' debts, was brought here as a trainee nurse and to help with food, but she is punished every time she makes a mistake! For some reason, she is ordered to do intense training every day, even if she does nothing. Although Nanako is afraid that one day she will be used as an experimental subject by Kyoji, the naturally carefree Nanako is quite able to fit into this lifestyle. However, one morning, as Nanako returns from shopping, heavily armed US troops surrounding the hospital appear in front of her...
