■ Story

Suddenly, a meteorite from far away space crashes into a large ice field. A team led by scientist Professor Rondo, who had come to investigate the Pokémon living on the ice field, and his son, Toi, are caught up in the violent blast of the falling meteorite. In the water vapor that surrounds them, they see the shadow of the mythical Pokémon Deoxys... Then the heavenly Pokémon Rayquaza appears, and a fierce battle ensues! Professor Rondo and Toi are drawn into the battle.
Four years later, Satoshi and Pikachu have arrived in the high-tech city of Larousse City, and are about to take part in a Pokemon battle at the city's Battle Tower. There, they happen to meet a boy named Toi. Toi has become completely afraid of Pokemon due to an experience he had four years ago. Satoshi and Pikachu try to open Toi's heart, but suddenly, the mythical Pokemon Deoxys appears. What is its purpose?

Professor Rondo is a scientist who serves as the head of a high-tech research facility in Larousse City. Four years ago, while conducting research and observations on the ice fields, he encountered Deoxys, which had arrived on the scene along with a meteorite.
A capable female researcher who supports Dr. Yukorondo. She is caring and always keeps an eye on Toi.
The only son of Professor Toeirondo. Due to an incident he was involved in on the ice fields four years ago, he is no longer able to touch Pokémon.
