The appeal and reviews of "I"s Pure"

The OVA "I"s Pure" based on Masakazu Katsura's hugely popular romance comic "I"s" was released by Happinet Pictures on December 9th, 2005. It consists of 6 episodes, each 30 minutes long, and though short, captures the essence of the original work. Unlike "From Eyes" released in 2002, this work's main feature is that it follows the storyline of the original work.

story

On Christmas Eve, the protagonist, Seto Kazuki, was walking through the illuminated city with his best friend Teratani. On that day, the four of them, Iori and Yuka, were planning to have a Christmas party. As Kazuki walked through the bustling city, he fondly recalled the days when he had a one-sided crush on Iori. In the spring of his second year of high school, Kazuki spent his days gazing at Iori from the school building opposite as she practiced for the drama club. The memories of that time are still deeply engraved in Kazuki's heart.
