Itsuki Rintaro <br> A captain in the National Defense Force who serves as the team's manager, he and the boss are said to be a great pair. Scott Trace <br> He is an Army colonel and the leader of Team Crusader, the United Kingdom representative team that boasts the highest survivability in the Arms Rally. Murakumo <br> A modified version of the Type 3 Armored Car Model B introduced by the National Defense Forces for security purposes, commonly known as the Boroguruma. It was designed by Sumimiyagawa Gas and Electric, and is equipped with a 105 horsepower engine manufactured by the same company and an alternative combustion furnace. It is originally armed with two heavy machine guns, but one of them has been replaced with an infantry gun to increase firepower. Murakumo's modifications and ingenuity will determine the outcome of the race. No. 1 Sub-fuel Furnace <br> This is a device that burns charcoal to produce charcoal gas, which is used as fuel for internal combustion engines. It is a military version of the "Osumi" sub-fuel furnace, created through a joint public-private development plan, and although it is now considered outdated, it is a large, external furnace that is highly reliable. The existence of No. 1 Sub-fuel Furnace supports the operation of the Murakumo. Kaguyama <br> A support airship for Murakumo, its main mission is supply. Since it is required to be self-sufficient on-site, it procures supplies from towns and villages near the course and delivers them to Murakumo.
