■ Main Characters

・Sawatari Kaede "Wow, it feels like our hearts have connected." A first-year high school student who moved to Takehara City, a town on the Seto Inland Sea, when she became a high school student. She is a tiny girl, 145cm tall. She has a habit of walking in a way that makes you feel like you can hear the sound of her feet falling over, and sometimes she trips over due to not paying enough attention to danger. That's why she's been nicknamed "Potte." She wants to give shape to "happiness" through photography and connect the hearts of the people around her. She uses the same camera as her father, the "Rollei35S."
・Kaoru Hanawa "I can feel the season in the smell. Pass!" A childhood friend of Kaede, she is always worried about Kaede and watches over him as he is always in danger, but sometimes she also develops a mischievous side. Her hobby is making potpourri, and she likes to try making potpourri with unusual scents. When she goes to a special place, she makes new potpourri. That's because, just as the scent of summer lets you know that summer is coming, the scent also attaches to memories.
・Sakurada Asano "Um... actually, I... Ah, I'm fine after all." She became friends with Kaede after liking her photo that was hanging in the Hinomaru Photo Studio. Her family runs an inn on Osaki Shimojima Island, and she lives almost alone in an apartment in Takehara. She's not good at talking, so she tries to express her feelings by whistling. She sometimes whistles on the spot to match her current delicate feelings and the scenery.
・Okazaki Norie "Today is going to be a really sunny mousse-like day!" A high-spirited girl. She is a big fan of Kaede's younger brother, Kaoru, and became friends with Kaede through Kaoru. She wants to be a pastry chef and plans to go to a culinary school after graduating from high school. Her hobby is making sweets, and she gives them original names based on her imagination. Most of the sweets she makes are delicious, but many of them are surprisingly high in calories. She is thin and doesn't gain weight no matter how much she eats.
・Riho Shihomi "Fufufu, can I take a photo?" She is a photographer that Kaede admires, and currently continues to take photos with the theme of "sky". When Kaede sent her a photo, she gave her a light blue ticket with no destination written on it. She occasionally holds solo exhibitions in the Seto Inland Sea, and cares about Kaede.
・Sawatari Kaori "Ah, hurry up Kaede-chan, I'm leaving you behind." A very cute boy who looks like a girl. Maybe because everyone around him treats him like a girl, his mannerisms are somewhat girlish. He is very attached to his older sister Kaede, and when they go out together he tries to follow her and clings to her all the time.
Momoneko "Muyaaaaa" is Kaede's favorite and lives in Takehara. A mysterious cat with a pinkish color who spends his days relaxing.
・Hanawa Sayomi "Iika Iika Ka" Kaoru's older sister and a female college student. She likes photography, but has many other hobbies as well, and is currently into "mini-explorations of hidden places" and exploring islands in the Seto Inland Sea. She is very caring towards her juniors and those around her. She is sensitive to the feelings of people who are worried or depressed, and is the type of person who gently brightens their mood.
・Mitsuji Chihiro "Besides Buyusuke, I'm thinking of another character. Would you like to see it when it's done?" She lives in Shioiri, Yokosuka. She is Kaede's friend and attended the same school from elementary school to junior high school. They now exchange letters and emails. She is very considerate, and when Kaede's father passed away, she tried to cheer up the depressed Kaede. However, even though she is trying to cheer up Kaede, she often starts crying first, and ends up being encouraged by her instead. She cries even when she is happy, and is very emotional. Her hobby is making stuffed toys of original characters, and her favorite is a character called "Buyusuke".
・Shinoda Komachi "Then I'll challenge you to another fight! If you're upset, try and catch up! Hahahahahahaha!" A girl in elementary school who likes Kaori. A battle type girl who wants to challenge her to a fight at any cost. She is always working hard to get Kaori to notice her. She sees Okazaki Norie as a rival, and whenever they meet, she provokes her. Her personality is as you can see, with extreme ups and downs.
