As the battle between the mysterious life form "Penguin Empire" that suddenly appeared on Earth and the secret organization "Beauty Salon Prince" that specializes in fighting penguins continues, "Beauty Salon Prince" is searching for a pilot for the "Daimidaler," the ultimate anti-penguin weapon developed to counter the giant robot "Penguin Robot" controlled by the "Penguin Empire."

One day, a mysterious woman calling herself Kyoko Sounan appears before Matamahashi Koichi, a boy whose only purpose in life is sex. Kyoko tells Koichi that he has the power to save humanity. Then, penguins appear! Penguins! Penguins! They are the Penguin Commandos, the vanguard of the "Penguin Empire"! Who are the Penguin Empire? What is the mysterious power that will save humanity? Episode 2: Crisis! The Stolen Sun

Koichi becomes a member of Kyoko's organization, "Beauty Salon Prince," as a pilot of the giant robot Daimidaler. There, he meets the three doctors Moriko, Sewashiko, and Soriko, who developed Daimidaler. Koichi is enthusiastic about the Daimidaler's system, which is strengthened by sexual acts. Then, Penguin Empire's robot Antarctic No. 9 appears again!! Daimidaler is forced to struggle against the enemy's separation attack. Koichi tries to power up by rubbing Kyoko's breasts. The Penguin Emperor orders the Penguin Commandos to conduct a thorough investigation of Daimidaler. Meanwhile, Koichi receives a message from his school that he will be held back a year due to not attending school enough days. Feeling responsible for having dragged Koichi into the fight, Kyoko goes to Koichi's school herself to negotiate and gets things resolved, but Koichi shows no signs of gratitude.
