"Shazam 2" has started filming and Shazam will wear a new suit

Recently, the director of "Shazam 2: Wrath of the Gods", David F. Sandberg, announced that the second part has started shooting. He also said that Shazam will wear a new suit in the second part.

DC's new film "Shazam 2: Wrath of the Titans" has started filming in Atlanta. Director David F. Sandberg posted a photo of the new camera used for filming on Instagram. Producer Peter Safran returned, and Henry Gayden, the screenwriter of the first film, continued to write the script. Zachary Levi, Asher Angel, and Jack Dylan Grazer will all return.

Previously, it was rumored that Asian actress Lucy Liu will also join "Shazam 2: Wrath of the Gods" to play the villain. "Shazam 2: Wrath of the Gods" will be released in North America on June 2, 2023.
