Ryan Reynolds reveals he considered having Nicolas Cage guest star as Ghost Rider in Deadpool vs. Wolverine

The superhero comedy movie "Deadpool vs. Wolverine" starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman is currently in theaters. Audiences who have watched "Deadpool vs. Wolverine" should know that X-23 played by Dafne Keen (first appeared in "Wolverine 3"), Gambit played by Channing Tatum (the "Gambit" movie starring Channing Tatum was originally scheduled to be released in 2020, but the project was eventually terminated) and Henry Cavill's version of the variant Wolverine all made cameo appearances in the film.

Ryan Reynolds, who plays Deadpool, recently revealed in an interview with foreign media that he had considered adding a unique guest role, that is, letting Nicolas Cage play Ghost Rider again.

When asked if he would consider a Ghost Rider cameo, Ryan Reynolds simply replied, "Yes," adding, "Definitely would have talked about it. Yes, but no."

Nicolas Cage starred in the 2007 movie "Ghost Rider", successfully portraying the Ghost Rider Johnny, and also starred in the sequel. Although he failed to return to the image of Ghost Rider in "Deadpool and Wolverine", Cage's "guest appearance" as Superman in last year's "The Flash" movie also left a deep impression on the audience.
