The author of "Demon Slayer" revealed that he wants to challenge 8-pack abs in a new sci-fi work

The original author of the new national manga "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba", Koyoharu Gotouge, has made a fortune, but he has no intention of retiring to enjoy life. According to Japanese media reports yesterday, Koyoharu Gotouge said that after he calms down, he wants to challenge himself with a new sci-fi love comedy with eight-pack abs. Stay tuned.

"Demon Slayer" is a fantasy manga created by Koyoharu Gotouge. It tells the story of the Japanese Taisho period, when it is said that after the sun sets, demons come out to eat people. There are also demon hunters who kill demons and protect people. The ordinary and happy daily life of Tanjiro, a charcoal seller, changed drastically on the day his family was attacked by demons. His mother and four younger siblings were brutally killed, and his sister Nezuko, who survived with him, also turned into a ferocious demon. In order to cut off the chain of sadness, the boy never stopped fighting with demons.

According to Koyoharu Gotouge on February 4, he wants to challenge works with completely different themes from "Demon Slayer" in the future, such as works with eight-pack abs, science fiction, and romantic comedies.

Considering that the achievements of Demon Slayer in the anime industry are currently unmatched, it will not be easy for Koyoharu Gotouge’s next work to surpass such a peak work. Please stay tuned for follow-up reports.
