"Catch the Dolls" surpasses "Investiture of the Gods" in box office! Enters the top 25 of China's film history box office list

According to data from Maoyan Professional Edition, as of 13:00 today, the total box office of the movie "Catching Dolls" exceeded 2.635 billion, surpassing "The First Part of the Gods" (2.634 billion), and entered the top 25 of the Chinese film history box office list.

"Catching Dolls" tells the story of Ma Chenggang (played by Shen Teng), a wealthy man living in Xihong City, who fails in raising his eldest son and decides to carefully train his younger son Ma Jiye. Many viewers call it the parenting version of "The Truman Show".

Ma Chenggang and Chunlan (played by Ma Li) decided to "raise Ma Jiye in poverty" and built a "besieged city" in the old courtyard to prevent him from returning to poverty. They also asked a team to play the roles of their son's neighbors and secretly help him grow.

However, in the end, Ma Jiye saw through his parents' scam and chose the life he desired.
