New stills from the movie "Uncharted" reveal the plot may be related to Magellan

The live-action movie "Uncharted" adapted from the game will be released in North America during the summer of July 16, 2021. Recently, Nolan North, who voiced Nathan Drake in the game, posted new stills from the movie. Let's take a look!

From the new stills, we can see that two crosses are placed on a nautical map, and the map shows the waters around Italy. In another still, a cross is inserted into a keyhole, as if it will open an ancient treasure that has been closed for many years.

A statue of a man riding a horse and holding a cross-carved shield is covered with moss and cobwebs, and it seems that no one has touched it for many years.

There is also an ancient world map with red dots marking the number of global ports and ships. Combined with the details of the costumes on the statue, the shape of the golden cross, and the official stills of the ancient book, the story of the film may be related to the navigator Magellan.

The movie "Uncharted" is directed by Ruben Fleischer, starring Tom Holland, and co-starring Antonio Banderas, Mark Wahlberg and other stars.

The game "Uncharted" tells the story of the protagonist Nathan Drake's adventure in primitive jungles, deserts, snowy mountain plateaus, ancient ruins and other places in search of mysterious treasures. The movie selects the blank part of the game series, focusing on the young Nathan Drake, exploring the life experience of young Drake, and leading the audience to embark on a new screen adventure.
