"Neon Genesis Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo Evangelion" confirmed to be screened in IMAX

The official Twitter account of "Neon Genesis Evangelion" announced today (12.23) that "Neon Genesis Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Advance" will be released in IMAX on January 23, and its predecessor "Neon Genesis Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo" will also be released in IMAX from January 8 to January 22.

When "Neon Genesis Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Redo Evangelion" was released in 2012, it was called "Q 3.0"; it was then adjusted for the Blu-ray/DVD version released in 2014 and upgraded to "Q 3.33"; this time it was upgraded again to "Q 3.333" and returned to theaters.

In 2018, the 2K episode project of "Neon Genesis Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Redo Evangelion Q3.33" was launched. Under the full supervision of director Hideaki Anno, the internal environment of the Khara studio was improved to achieve high-definition images that could not be achieved with the technology in the "Q3.0" and "Q3.33" periods.
