The concept poster of the horror game "Alan Wake" live-action TV series was exposed

Alan Wake is a horror game created by Remedy. It has received a lot of praise since its release in 2010. The game has created a new benchmark for horror games and promoted the game narrative in the form of TV series. Now that Remedy has become independent from Microsoft, they recently announced a live-action TV series of Alan Wake and released a concept poster.

The series is directed and written by Peter Calloway, the producer of "Cloak & Dagger" and "Legion", and executive produced by Sam Lake, the original screenwriter and director of "Alan Wake" and CEO of Remedy.

The series was produced by Paradox Films. Tomas Harlan, a partner of Paradox Films, said that the live-action drama "Alan Wake" had already produced a test film in October last year, and finally chose Peter Calloway as the chief director of the series, and adopted Peter Calloway's script and setting.

"Alan Wake itself is a live-action drama made into a game. The game director Sam Lake drew inspiration from The Twilight Zone, Window, Northland Storm, Twin Peaks, Hitchcock's works, and a large number of American TV series. We chose to work closely with Sam Lake because this is his work, after all," said Tomas Harlan.

The series will delve into elements that the game has never explored before and explore the background of the game in depth. Tomas Harlan said that the success of the series will help Remedy create a true sequel to the game.

The live-action drama of "Alan Wake" has not yet been scheduled, so stay tuned.
