The international trailer of "Onmyoji: The Yin Yang Master" adapted from the novel by a Japanese writer

The fantasy film "Onmyoji: The Yin Yang Master", adapted from the novel of the same name by Japanese writer Baku Yumemakura, released its international version trailer today (November 13). The film is directed and written by Guo Jingming and will be released in mainland China on December 25, 2020.

Plot summary:

In the chaotic world, hundreds of demons awaken, shikigami gather, and all the magicians gather in Tiandu City to seal the great evil snake. A shocking conspiracy surfaces amid numerous crises. The young Yin-Yang master Qingming (played by Mark Chao) is ordered by his master to go to Tiandu City to participate in the ceremony of offering sacrifices to the sky, to seal the evil snake that has been suppressed for more than 300 years and prevent it from causing harm to the world.

However, the evil snake is strong because of its desire. Qingming joins forces with the warrior Boya (played by Deng Lun), the Nanjiang magician (played by Chun Xia) and the inner court magician He Shouyue (played by Wang Duo) of the Sitianjian to kill the snake and eliminate the monster. Amidst the crises, a shocking conspiracy related to the princess (played by Wang Ziwen) gradually surfaces.
