Mads Mikkelsen in talks to play Grindelwald in Fantastic Beasts movies

According to an exclusive report from foreign media Deadline, Mads Mikkelsen is in talks to join "Fantastic Beasts 3", and if all goes well, he will play Grindelwald. Previously, Johnny Depp announced his withdrawal from the "Fantastic Beasts" series , and maybe Max will be able to participate soon.

As early as 2018, superstar Johnny Depp was reported by the British newspaper The Sun as a domestic violence case, but he has always denied it and even sued The Sun for defamation. Just a few days ago, on November 2, Johnny Depp lost the case against the British media for reporting domestic violence. The London High Court published a 129-page judgment report online, which determined that Depp's domestic violence was largely true.

Warner Bros. later issued a statement confirming Depp's dismissal and noted that the role of Grindelwald would be recast in the third film, which is set to be released in 2022. The film's release date has also been postponed to summer 2022 (previously planned for November 2021).

Mads Mikkelsen is a very famous Danish actor. He won the 40th Saturn Award for Best Actor for his role in the thriller "Hannibal Season 1". He is also known as "Uncle Hannibal" because of the series. He also played the role of Cliff in Hideo Kojima's "Death Stranding" , which left a very deep impression on people.

Hideo Kojima also said previously: "Max's game performance comes partly from my guidance, and partly from his understanding and cognition of the role. And Max can further inspire and enlighten me through his understanding and performance. And this is exactly how we work together. Because Max is no longer just an actor, he stands at a higher level and sees more deeply. I don't think I can find such an excellent person easily."

I hope Mads Mikkelsen can perform well in "Fantastic Beasts 3" and bring more wonderful shots to everyone.
