It tells the story of Hoshitoku High School in Hoshi County, a famous sports school. The protagonist Aoi Nishino is a member of the Kyudo Club. He is quite interested in Japanese history, but many teachers and classmates regard him as a weirdo. He is not very popular in school and is rated as a student of the third military level. After school one day, everyone stayed in school for club activities as usual, but a red rain fell, fog surrounded the whole school, and warriors in strange costumes attacked the school... The whole school actually traveled back to the Warring States Period! The live-action movie of "Gunjo Senki" will be directed by Katsuyuki Motohiro, with scripts by Masahiro Yamaura and Toru Yamamoto, and starring Mackenyu Nitta, Haruma Miura, and Hirona Yamazaki.
