The 3DCG version of the animated film "Doraemon: Stand by Me 2" released a new trailer today (October 7). As a 50th anniversary commemorative work, the film will be released in Japan on November 20. Movie Trailer: Movie Special: "Stand by Me Doraemon 2" is the sequel to the 2014 film "Stand by Me Doraemon", and is a commemorative work for the 50th anniversary of Doraemon. The film is co-directed by Ryuichi Yagi and Takashi Yamazaki, and the story is adapted from the manga "Doraemon" by Fujiko F. Fujio. The promotion for the previous work "Stand by Me Doraemon" started with Doraemon saying, "Nobita, I'm leaving...", which attracted the attention of the whole nation. This time, the promotion for "Stand by Me Doraemon 2" starts with Nobita going back to the past to meet his grandmother, and his grandmother saying, "I want to meet Nobita's wife..." The film is based on the short story "Missing Grandma" from the comic "Doraemon" created by Fujiko F. Fujio. It tells the story of Nobita, who misses his grandmother, and takes a time machine back to the past to meet his grandmother. Because his grandmother wants to see her bride, he runs to Shizuka to propose, which triggers a series of stories.
