The final episode of "Hanzawa Naoki" ended successfully with a viewership rating of 32.7%, setting a new record for Japanese dramas

The extremely popular Japanese drama series "Hanzawa Naoki", about workplace warfare, concluded successfully with its final episode on the evening of September 27, with an audience rating of 32.7%, setting a new record for Japanese dramas. It topped the list of all NHK and private TV dramas, second only to the old version of "Hanzawa Naoki" 7 years ago with 42.2%.

·The Japanese drama "Hanzawa Naoki" is adapted from the novels "We are the Bubble Entry Team" and "We are the Flower Bubble Team" by Jun Ikeido, winner of the Naoki Prize. The old version won the Best Director Award, Best Actor Award and Best Supporting Actor Award at the 78th Japanese Drama Academy Awards. "Hanzawa Naoki" mainly tells the story of Hanzawa Naoki, a bank clerk who entered the Tokyo Central Bank during the bubble economy. While fighting against "enemies" inside and outside the bank, he also adhered to his belief that "you can't treat people around you like machines" and that you should "repay evil with tooth for tooth, double the return" when dealing with evil people.

·In today's era of the prevalence of various media, it is rare for "Hanzawa Naoki" to achieve such a high audience rating. Moreover, the audience rating of each episode of the entire new version of "Hanzawa Naoki" is over 20%, which is also a new breakthrough in all NHK and private TV Japanese dramas in the past 13 years. The last super-hot Japanese drama with a audience rating of over 20% per episode was "Gorgeous Family" in 2007.
