Technology: CNC fine carving
CNC engraving is one of the most sophisticated printing tools. The processing time of each printing is long. It is so-called slow work produces fine work. It is carved on stainless steel with a very sharp knife head. The knife head is very easy to wear. It is necessary to do the second and third times to ensure the fineness. Each printing is checked with a high power magnifying glass before leaving the machine.
Material: 304 stainless steel
After a variety of materials comparison, although 304 stainless steel processing is the most difficult, but its hardness is high, so the maintenance performance is more outstanding, the service life is the longest.
Integrated pole: whole pole turning
The welded pole is very easy to fracture when being hammered. Although the integral rod needs to drop most of the material car of the whole bar, the cost is high, but the integrated rod is durable.

Veiners: Lined & Scalloped
There are a series of three Veiners: Lined & Scalloped tools. At first glance, they may be similar in visual sense, but in fact, the data of each one are very different. First of all, from the leather effect, we can first find that the diameter of the inner arc saw tooth semicircle is different.
We can see from the comparison of the inner arc of the head that there are very obvious differences in the depth and angle of the arc. That is to say, once the thick carving skin such as decorative painting is made, the difference of the effect will be particularly obvious.

For the V-shaped decoration on the outside, we use the V-shaped decoration with the same fine data as the P code, and the more difficult thing is to present an arc-shaped whole. Different from the plane effect of skv463 and skv708, this method has a rich visual experience in the sense of three-dimensional hierarchy.
