The live-action movie "Rurouni Kenshin: The Final Chapter" is adapted from the final chapter of the original work "The Human Death Arc". The story is set in the early days of the Meiji Restoration. It tells the story of the protagonist Kenshin Himura (played by Takeru Sato), who "killed without blinking an eye" in the late years of the shogunate. After the Meiji Restoration, he vowed "no more killing" and decided to start a wandering life. Through his encounter with Kaoru and the war with his old enemy, he gradually created and explored his own unique lifestyle.
