YouTube to host online film festival in partnership with 20 top film festivals around the world

The event will be held online for 10 days from May 29 to June 7. The online film festival includes a variety of content such as feature films, short films, documentaries, music, comedy and dialogue, as well as content that was originally scheduled to be screened at offline film festivals but was changed due to the epidemic.

The specific film list has not yet been announced, but the organizers said that there will be new and old films, and the feature films are expected to be mainly old films from the film library. The Cannes Film Festival and others did not submit feature films to this event, and Cannes provided master class dialogue content. The content of the online film festival will be shown on YouTube for free and without ads. The organizers encourage viewers to donate to relevant funds to fight the new crown epidemic.
