Disney animations "Soul" and "Chasing the Dragon" announced postponement

Today (April 14), Disney’s official Twitter announced that due to the increasingly serious new coronavirus epidemic, Pixar’s new animation "Soul", which was originally scheduled to be released on June 19, will be postponed to November 20; at the same time, "Raya and the Last Dragon (also known as: Chasing the Dragon)", which was originally scheduled to be released on November 25, will also be postponed to March 12, 2021.

Soul

"Soul" was created by the gold medal team that filmed "Coco", "Inside Out" and "Up", and directed by Pixar's Chief Creative Officer and Oscar winner Pete Docter. It tells the story of Joe Gardner, a male protagonist who dreams of becoming a jazz pianist, but accidentally falls into a New York sewer before a performance. His soul enters another wonderful dimension and meets the world-weary "Soul 22". They return to Earth together to find the meaning of life.

Rhea and the Last Dragon

"Rhea and the Last Dragon" is an original Disney animated film. The story takes place in a place called Kumandra in ancient Southeast Asia. Legend has it that dragons have brought rain to the world for a long time, thus giving birth to life and hope, but then terrible demons appeared and the dragons disappeared. A female warrior named Rhea embarks on a great adventure to find the last dragon in the world.
