In "Fate/Zero," Waver Velvet is a young boy who fought alongside the King of Conquerors, Iskandar, in the Fourth Holy Grail War.
Over time, the boy inherits the name of Lord El-Melloi and, as "Lord El-Melloi II," confronts various incidents filled with magic and mystery at the Clocktower, the headquarters of magicians.

The long-awaited anime adaptation of the orthodox and supreme magic mystery written by Makoto Mita. It consists of the popular episode "Rail Zeppelin" and the original anime episodes leading up to it.
Animation will be handled by TROYCA, known for its detailed film and beautiful colors, and has worked on "Aldnoah.Zero" and "Re:Creators."
