BBC Studios and Huawei Video have today announced an agreement to provide 300 hours of exciting British video content to Huawei Video users across 26 territories. From the globally popular drama "Call the Midwife" and the latest fantasy comedy "Haunted Mansion", to the suspenseful dark comedy "Secrets of Number 9" and the refreshing science program "Wonders of the Solar System", Huawei users will soon be able to watch the wonderful content released by BBC Studios from the Huawei Video APP on their mobile phones, tablets and other mobile devices. The cooperation covers Mainland China, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and other Asian markets, as well as countries in Western Europe, Central Europe, Russia, Northern Europe, the Middle East, South Africa and Latin America. In the past, the two parties have collaborated on individual series in different markets, and this cooperation is the first large-scale, multi-regional licensing cooperation between BBC Studios and Huawei. Earlier today, at the Huawei P40 product launch conference, it was officially announced that BBC Studios content will soon be available on Huawei Video in multiple regions. |
