The horror series "50 States of Fright", directed and produced by Sam Raimi, the director of "Spider-Man" and "The Evil Dead", has released its first trailer. It tells horror stories in 50 states of the United States and will be launched on the streaming media Quibi in April! The first season of "50 States of Fright" consists of 9 episodes, each lasting no more than 10 minutes . The stories are adapted from horror legends in different regions of different states in the United States. The first season will include stories from Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon, and Washington. "50 States of Fright" stars an all-star cast including Rachel Brosnahan (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel), Asa Butterfield (Sex Education), Taissa Farmiga, Ming-Na Wen, Jacob Batalon, Christina Ricci, Travis Fimmel and others. Sam Raimi will personally write and direct a single episode "The Golden Arm", starring Rachel Brosnahan and Travis Fimmel. It tells the story of the protagonist's wife who has a pure gold arm. After his wife died, her husband dug out the golden arm from the grave, and the dead wife returned home for revenge. Christina Ricci stars in the single episode "Red Rum", paying tribute to "The Shining"! "Live" is directed by Daniel Goldhaber and written by Isa Mazzei.
