Everyone has a White Wolf dream! After the broadcast of "The Witcher", CDPR's only designated swordsmith received a surge in orders

Swordsmith Artur Wysocki, the only official craftsman in the world recognized by CDPR, was very busy this spring. After the Netflix version of The Witcher rekindled fans' and players' interest in the series of books and games, the demand for peripheral collections surged. The swordsmith said that he had received more than 300 emails in the past few days, commissioning him to design and forge the White Wolf's double swords.

Swordmaking is Wysocki's hobby and sideline, so he doesn't have any swords in stock. In addition, the price of making a peripheral sword is not cheap, with a sword selling for between $440 and $990, and the engraving and hand-made scabbard are additional charges. The "silver swords" made by Wysocki, such as the "Master Silver Sword" in the game, are actually made of steel, but can be silver-plated. In January, he showed a sword with a 1mm silver layer, which is specially prepared for local tyrants.

Since the orders are fully customized, fans can specify different hardness, sharpness, etc. to meet different "needs." Wysocki's sword forge is located in Katowice, Poland, and supports global shipping, but buyers should pay attention to the regulations for transporting swords within their own country.
