"Jiang Ziya" Director Special: Hope to help the industrialization of Chinese animation

Today (January 22), the animated film "Jiang Ziya" released a director's special. The four directors of the film appeared and explained some of the stories behind the creation of the film and some of their inner thoughts.

He is Cheng Teng (director), who once became a co-director of DreamWorks in the United States when he was in his early twenties;

He is Li Wei (director), who was the main original artist of "The Lotus Lantern" and the executive director of "Big Fish and Begonia";

He is Wang Xin (co-director), who was Blizzard's animation character/art director and led Blizzard to develop movie CG and characters for all IPs;

and Li Xia (co-director), whose short film was nominated for the 45th Annie Award for Animation.

Now, they have gathered together because of "Jiang Ziya", just to make a little progress in the industrialization of Chinese animation through their best efforts.

The setting of the animated film "Jiang Ziya" is after the Conferred Gods War. Jiang Ziya, a disciple of Kunlun who led the gods to defeat the fox demon and overthrow the brutal rule of the Shang Dynasty, won the final victory in the Conferred Gods War and is about to be named the leader of the gods. However, at the peak of his powers, he was demoted to the mortal world due to a momentary mistake, lost his divine power, and was despised by the world. In order to return to Kunlun, Jiang Ziya embarked on a journey. On the ruins after the war, he found himself again and discovered the truth of everything that happened back then...

"Jiang Ziya" will be officially released on the first day of the Lunar New Year (January 25).
