Walking on the earth in October! The latest concept image of the 18-meter-high new movable real-life Grand Primordial Gundam is released

The 18-meter-high new movable real-life Large Original Gundam, one of the highlights of the Gundam 40th anniversary commemorative plan unveiled in 2018, held its latest press conference today, January 20, announcing the latest progress. The project is currently going smoothly and will be open to the public as scheduled in October. At that time, the audience will witness the real-life Large Original Gundam walking on the earth with their own eyes!

The planning of "Animated Realistic Large Founding Gundam" was actually secretly launched as early as 2014, and was officially announced in 2018. It is scheduled to be completed in October 2020.

The movable Gundam will be placed in the "GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA" theme park in Yokohama. It is expected to weigh approximately 25 tons and will be equipped with up to 24 degrees of freedom. The design strength will be able to withstand some natural disasters, so stay tuned.
