The latest data from Maoyan Movies shows that the box office of "Nezha: The Devil Child Comes into the World" has exceeded 5 billion yuan after box office re-recording (previously 4.975 billion yuan), making "Nezha: The Devil Child Comes into the World" the second domestic film to exceed 5 billion after "Wolf Warrior 2", ranking second on the Chinese film history box office list.

It is reported that some cinemas have concealed data or intercepted box office revenue, resulting in the statistical box office of some films being lower than the actual box office revenue. Therefore, the National Film Administration issued a notice requiring all cinemas across the country to check with third-party e-commerce companies whether the 2019 e-commerce box office sales data is consistent with the data reported to the national special fund. If there is a discrepancy, the box office difference needs to be made up.

This also resulted in an increase in the box office of some films after re-recording. The box office of "Nezha" in the summer blockbuster exceeded 5 billion after re-recording, and the box office of "My People, My Country" in the National Day blockbuster exceeded 3.1 billion after re-recording, ranking eighth on the Chinese film history box office list.
