■ Story

While making a Valentine's present for her "dream boy", Nana splits into seven people due to her grandpa's bizarre invention! Suddenly, six super-unique clones appear, each with an exaggerated characteristic of the original Nana, and the seven of them are turned into the "Nana Rangers" who fight against the strange enemies that are hindering their entrance exams. It's a big problem! If they have time to fight such incomprehensible enemies, they'd rather learn a single English word... But the other six Nanas won't let them do that. The "Seven Nanas" do their best in love, entrance exams, and battles, while going through a lot of trouble. Will they be able to defeat the enemies of the exam-takers who appear one after another? Will they pass the exam and be united with their "dream boy"? But more importantly, will the Nanas be able to safely return to their original Nana form?

■ Main Characters

Nanappe - An angry, short-tempered Nana. She's headstrong! She leaps before she looks! is her personality. When she becomes the Nanaranger and fights the Black Prism, she is the first to fight, but her problem is that she acts without thinking of the consequences. She hates having to endure. Because of this, she gets annoyed when she sees the original Nana acting flustered and indecisive. She often yells and always has a dissatisfied look on her face. However, out of the seven, she is the Nana with the most sense of justice.
Nanacchi - The cheerful Nana who is always smiling. She is enthusiastic about everything, has a curious personality and likes to stick her nose into everything. To put it in a positive way, she is proactive and positive about everything. She hates small details and is a go-getter. She hates whining... or rather, she can't whining. With her natural cheerfulness, she is the one who encourages the most original Nana. She is a kind of mood maker.
・Nana Rin ~ A gentle, pathetic "crybaby" Nana is a crybaby, but that doesn't mean she has a negative personality. She is very sensitive to emotions, especially sad ones, so she cries easily and cries easily. She always has an open heart and has no hesitation in accepting other people's feelings. Because of this, she cries not because she is "sad", but because she is "moved". She is a bundle of sensitivity, and in a sense, she is the kindest of the seven.
・Nana-kko - Nana is a laid-back girl who always seems happy. She takes a nonchalant approach to everything. She never feels dissatisfied with anything, and always feels satisfied. She has a tendency to interpret everything in a positive way. She hates doubting people, and as a result, she is easily fooled. She is not slow, but she is always a beat behind. She is a manifestation of her moral sense that "I am content with what I am." Her role is to keep the seven Nanas in check.
・Nana-sama - She is intelligent, calm and collected. She does not judge anything by appearance alone, but analyzes its true nature and acts with a certain degree of calculation and prediction. She is a logical thinker. Because of this, she does not show much emotion. (She is like a Balcan from somewhere - her nickname is "pointy ears"). However, she is never cold-hearted, and rather she is in charge of keeping the six of them in check and making sure they do not make any mistakes.
・Nanapon ~ Psychic Girl "Suspicious" Nana A very sexy Nana. Nana is the feminine part of Nana gathered together. She is not "evil", but she loves to seduce and play pranks. She has strong psychic powers and is the one who holds all the hidden powers of Nana, such as precognition. She "loves girls" more than men.
・Nana ~The original "ordinary" Nana~
Nana is just an ordinary Nana. She has the same personality as before she split into seven people. She is modest in everything she does, and it's not that she lacks confidence in herself, but rather that she is unable to fully trust herself and cross a certain line on her own. However, she is by no means gloomy, nor is she tainted by negative thoughts. In every sense, she is "ordinary and undistinguished" with no outstanding aspects. In a sense, she is like a blank canvas, and with the arrival of the six Nanas, various colors are added to it, and it becomes dyed in Nana's own color. In that sense, she is a girl who will continue to grow.
・Kamichika Yuichi Nana's "boyfriend of dreams."
Hitomi Onodera (14 years old, 3rd year junior high school student)
Nana's childhood friend, and the only classmate other than Rokuzo who knows the secret that there are seven Nanas. Her special skill is cooking.
Morinuma has a poor personality. He loves to calculate the details of Nana's living expenses. He loves to convert everything into a price.
・Leader Hayashiba Omnibus. He is the leader among the three, but he always hesitates and makes the wrong decision at the crucial moment. He finds it painful to be praised by the other two.
Kagari: The most aggressive girl, but actually she is a timid girl who only brags and bluffs, and is unable to do anything when the time comes.
・Grandpa Rokuzo (69 years old)
He has a goofy personality. Nana worries that he's starting to lose his memory because of this. He also left the academy to pursue his dream of "completing the prism," and he acts as a kind of life teacher to Nana, telling her that grades aren't everything. However, while Nana is touched by Rokuzou-ojichan's words, he is also just an old man who always falls asleep when she wakes up.
・Goro (40 years old) and Miko (36 years old)
Nana's parents. Goro is Rokuzo's son, and Mitsuko is his wife. They work for the same travel agency, and are currently both based in the US. They sometimes double as guides and tour conductors, and in San Francisco, they almost run into his daughter, the Seven Nanas. Rokuzo did not know that Nana had split into seven people, and when they returned home for New Year's, the Nanas desperately tried to hide their true identities and secrets. Although Rokuzo sometimes leaves Nana's high school entrance exam up to him, he is by no means laissez-faire, and leaves it up to Nana to decide on her own, as he believes that independence is important for children.
