Robert Pattinson has started rehearsing for the new Batman: I'm always nervous

DC's new "Batman" blockbuster movie is scheduled to be released in June 2021, and most of the leading actors have been finalized. During this Christmas and New Year holiday, Robert Pattinson, who plays the new Batman, has not been idle. He has started rehearsals in the film studio to prepare for his role as Batman.

In an interview with The Guardian, Robert Pattinson revealed many interesting stories about his film career. Pattinson mentioned that although he has been in the film and television industry for more than 10 years at the age of 33, he still feels nervous on every set because he is "not really that good at acting."

"I actually only know three ways of acting. Three! Before filming, I like to do everything I can to put myself in a state of emptiness; to completely lose myself in the script and feel it is really happening."

The way he entered this state was quite extreme. Pattinson said that this "necessary" process included "slapping myself", "making myself dizzy", "drinking muddy water" and "forcing myself to vomit". This sometimes discouraged the crew members.

“Because I really didn’t know what to do, I just had to do whatever I could to make it happen. I’ve always found that one of the ways to make it easier to get into a role is to shake up my body before shooting so that I can feel different when I enter the scene.”

Interestingly, the place where he is currently rehearsing for DC's "Batman" is the same photography studio where he filmed his debut film "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire". I believe this is also of special significance to Pattinson.
