Japanese female manga artist Takako Shimura is well-known for her works such as "Ao no Hana" and "Wandering Boys". Her works are characterized by beautiful and elegant style and delicate and sincere emotions.

Recently, the official announced that another comic work by Takako Shimura, "Awashima Hundred Views", will soon be adapted into an animation.

"Awashima Hyakukei" is a youth drama that depicts the shadows of girls who dream of being on stage. The main characters include Wakana, who enters the Awashima Opera School with the ambition of becoming a music star, Naga Kinue, who continues to study with the hope of her friend, and Emi, a top student who attracts attention with her beauty.

The manga of "Awashima Hyakukei" has been completed, but the official and author have not yet announced more detailed information about the animation.
